Given the conformity of the side valleys of the Valle del Chiese, it is not surprising that they are home to some of the most welcoming malghe in Trentino. It is here, on the high mountain pastures, that the animals can be taken to the pasture, giving the dairy products an unmistakable flavor.
In the summertime it is possible to live a unique experience thanks to the project “Malghe Aperte” to get to know a new dimension of mountain life, to know and buy alpine hut products, to see the animals grazing, to witness the processes of milk processing and to enjoy educational activities and workshops designed for children.
